Terms of Use for Schools on SkuPadi

1. Accountability

You agree to provide accurate school and staff information, including CAC registration (if applicable). Only authorized personnel should manage school payment dashboards.

You are responsible for:

• i. Monitoring transactions linked to your school
• ii. Ensuring parents and guardians are correctly onboarded
• iii. Keeping your login credentials secure

2. Payment Collection and Reconciliation

SkuPadi facilitates collections (fees, levies, dues) from parents via multiple channels.

Collected payments are automatically reconciled and made viewable on your school dashboard.

Disbursement to your designated account will follow our standard schedule (subject to holidays or banking delays).

3. Fee Structure

Schools may be charged a processing fee or platform usage fee, depending on the services enabled. These charges are communicated transparently and subject to change with prior notice.

4. Data Handling and Confidentiality

You are expected to:

• i. Treat parent and student data responsibly
• ii. Not share SkuPadi access with unauthorized persons
• iii. Report any suspected data breach immediately

SkuPadi encrypts all student and transaction data and adheres to Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

5. Compliance

Schools using the SkuPadi platform agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Specifically, each institution agrees to:

• i. Upload only accurate, truthful, and lawful content.
• ii. Refrain from promoting or applying any unlawful fees, charges, or financial practices.
• iii. Use the platform solely for its intended educational and financial management purposes.

SkuPadi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the platform for any school found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, abuse, or any other conduct deemed to violate these terms. Such violations may also be reported to the appropriate regulatory or legal authorities.

6. Termination of Use

SkuPadi reserves the right to suspend or terminate a school's account at its sole discretion under any of the following circumstances:

• i. A violation of the Terms of Use has occurred
• ii. There is credible evidence of fraudulent or unlawful activity
• iii. Required payments or compliance-related documentation remain outstanding

In the event of such action, the affected institution will be formally notified and may submit a request for review or clarification through the appropriate support channels.
