SkuPadi User Terms

About These Terms

This document outlines the legal agreement between you (the user) and SkuPadi, a product of Astroidegita Technologies, a company duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria.

It covers how you can use our platform, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. It applies to all our services, including those accessed through (https://www.skupadi.com) or via our mobile app. Please read carefully before proceeding.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon publication on our platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Who Can Use SkuPadi

• i. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or act on behalf of a school, parent, or guardian.
• ii. If you’re under 18, you can only register with parental or guardian consent.
• iii. When registering, you agree that the details provided (such as name, email, address, school info, or phone number) will be used and stored according to our Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all necessary steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account and to notify us immediately of any suspected breach.

If your device supports biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or facial recognition), you may enable this feature for added security. Only your own biometric data should be registered on the device.

Please note that SkuPadi does not collect, process, or store any biometric data. All biometric information remains securely encrypted on your personal device and is managed solely by your device’s operating system.

Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously. Your personal, school, card, and bank information will never be shared with third parties outside of our trusted banking and technical partners. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy Page.

Payments and Fees

SkuPadi provides digital financial services designed to support transparent and efficient transactions between schools and parents. Certain features and services offered on the platform may be subject to applicable fees or charges.

Fee structures may vary depending on the nature of the service provided. All applicable charges will be clearly communicated to users in advance—either through in-app notifications, onboarding materials, or direct communication.

By continuing to use any fee-based service, you agree to the applicable charges as disclosed.

Cancellation and Account Deletion

You may choose to deactivate your account at any time. On deactivation, your personal data will be deleted, except for any records we’re legally required to retain (e.g., for audit purposes).

Referral Program

SkuPadi may offer referral rewards for inviting new users. Terms of any referral program will be published on our platform and may be adjusted or terminated at any time.

Referral bonuses apply only when the referred party is a new user who has never registered with us before.

User Conduct

• You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any content through SkuPadi that:
• i. Is offensive, abusive, libelous, or illegal.
• ii. Violates another person’s intellectual property or confidentiality.
• iii. Contains misleading or unauthorized financial or school data.

Limitation of Liability

While SkuPadi exercises reasonable efforts to maintain a secure, reliable, and continuously accessible platform, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkuPadi shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.

You are solely responsible for implementing adequate safeguards on your device and ensuring its protection against unauthorized access, malware, or other security risks.

Legal Compliance

Providing false information, impersonating another party, or engaging in fraudulent activities on the SkuPadi platform constitutes a criminal offense under applicable laws. We actively cooperate with law enforcement authorities and utilize digital tracking technologies to maintain the security and integrity of our platform.

SkuPadi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if:

• i. You are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions
• ii. You engage in any form of fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct
• iii. You fail to provide accurate, current, or verifiable identity or institutional information upon request

In the event that your actions result in financial or reputational damage to SkuPadi, its users, or its affiliates, you agree to assume full liability. This includes, but is not limited to, compensation for losses, damages, and any legal fees or costs incurred by SkuPadi in pursuing remedies or enforcing its rights.

Banking Details

SkuPadi does not collect or store your banking credentials, including account numbers or card details. All financial transactions initiated through the platform are securely processed by our licensed and trusted third-party payment service providers.

Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to these partners in accordance with industry standards and applicable data protection laws. SkuPadi does not have access to, nor does it retain, your sensitive financial data.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, designs, software, documentation, and other materials made available on or through the SkuPadi platform are the exclusive property of Astroidegita Technologies, and are protected under applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the SkuPadi platform in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Astroidegita Technologies. Unauthorized use of any SkuPadi content constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws and may result in civil or criminal liability.

Customer Service and Communications

By submitting questions, feedback, or comments on our platform, you grant SkuPadi the right to use and share such content as part of improving our services.
